This is a "Phoenix" Connector style pluggable terminal strip plug. This plug can accept wire from 12AWG to 22AWG and is rated at 15A / 300V. The wire is secured in place with compression screw terminals activated by a slot-drive screw on the top of the connector. It mates with our phoenix connector style sockets/jacks.
